Help .. my black bamboo looks a little sad

Hi all
hopefully someone can help , just recently noticed that my black bamboo now in it’s 2nd year seems to be struggling well the leaves anyway , 4 really new strong shoots coming out so it’s doing ok just the leaf tips are discoloured & dry please any advice so that I can give it a helping hand .

It gets watered daily if that makes a difference

it gets plenty of water I make sure of that , I did think wind it’s in a rather sheltered spot but it was very windy here yesterday & over the weekend it took a bartering for sure !
