    I don't think they are alstroemerias, which can easily be recognised by a strange 180 degree twist in the leaf stalks, so that the top of the leaf is underneath, and vice versa.
    It is hard to be sure from such plain leaves, there are several possibilities.

    Pretty, looks like lily hybrid. Does it flower?

    I thought it looked like some form of lily to but not planted anything there, its the first time its come up so not flowered yet but will keep a close eye, thank you
