What are these critters?!

Found these on a plant in the garden. I’m used to seeing white, green and black fly but what are these! Are they good or bad? They seem to be all over the tips of the shoots. There are also very small, what look like immature equivalents - these are white and look like walking specks of fluff.

Any help will be gratefully accepted!

Thank you.

No idea but bound to be bad as there are so many!

Those are indeed aphids (greenfly, blackfly etc.) and have taken on the colour of the plant they are feeding on, hence them being pink.  Treat as you would for greenfly.
The tiny white specks are their old outer body shell - aphids moult 4 times as they grow so you find those white fluffy specks wherever aphids are active.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Cool! Thanks for the help and advice. I’ll treat as per green fly!
