Please help me to identify this plant (Climber)

We moved into a new build house last year and along one side there are some climbers, we are considering moving them into our garden but without knowing what type of plant it is, we're not sure how to do this and where the best place to put them would be. Could any of you help me to identify it, here are some pictures of the flowers from last year.

    Sorry John, I don't recognise that at all so bumping this post up for you to see if anybody does know what it is. A pic of the whole plant and some leaves might help please.

    I agree with @Hostafan1   Its Ceanothus. ✅ 

    Leaves wrong for lilac (syringa). 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
