Cleaning concrete ornament

This 20" high goose is showing its age. I have tried cleaning it with a wire brush but no success.

Is there a proprietary cleaner that might help?

I've got a concrete bird bath and I use washing up liquid, warm water and a nylon-bristled brush.  Works for me.

I rather prefer the patina of age

So do I, but as the birds bathe in it and drink from it, I think I should keep it clean.  If that goose were mine, I'd leave it be.

It was the goose I was referring to. I clean the "bowl" of my bird baths, but not the rest of them

    Tried the pressure washer

Having got this far I'll now go for the patina line. :)

    Thanks everyone.
