Conifer fading / turning yellow ???????? Advice / Help needed

One of the conifers in our garden has over the last 3-4 months been (what I can only describe) as fading. The conifers have been in place for the 14+ years that we have lived here and have always been fine .

I have attached pics

Does anyone have any advice as to what it may be that's causing this 1 tree to turn a different colour and also how do I go about treating it (if indeed it does need treating)

Any help / advice is greatly received

Could be early onset of disease.  Not sure how much rain you have had but if you can, water it and water it well, I'm talking gallons, not just a few litres.  You should avoid any further trimming this year.  If it continues to brown, then there will be very little hope of saving your nice hedge.

If it's retains the green and doesn't brown any further, it maybe okay, but stave off any further trimming until you can see it establishing new growth and even then trim lightly or not at all to give it the best chance of full recovery.
