Privet hedge problem

Over the last couple of weeks the leaves on my privet hedge have started to wilt and shrivel up.it seems to be spreading throughout the hedge which has only been planted for fourteen months from bare rooted plants. Has anyone any ideas or I’m I going to replace the lot?
