Mildew treatment that actually works?

Hello! Last year I tried potassium bicarbonate, mouthwash, milk and detergent in various combinations with no luck. It hit dahlias, cucumbers and courgettes hard despite me being careful with watering. This year it’s kicking off early. Already on my dahlias and I think it’s killing my tomato, cucumber and salvia seedlings.

Does anything work?

Sulphur will treat powdery mildew but it does leave persistent white blotches.

Milk and water, but make sure it is a warm/hot day when using this so the proteins dry on the leaf surface
