Camellia tree diagnosis. Please can someone give me advice what can be wring with my Camellia tree.

  The ground looks very dry. A shrub that size will need an awful lot of water to remain healthy, especially as it appears to be planted in full sun when it is a woodland plant that prefers shade.
  

  I don't think I have ever seen a camellia pruned that way. At this time of year it should be covered in flowers, do you ever get any?

  Bone dry and too sunny.

  We bought house 5yrs ago and it's always been beautiful and full of flowers. It probably happened after we removed massive hedge of trees, which kind off offered shade (pic below). Ground was always been very dry there, as garden been extremely over grown. We never took any care of the tree. Looks like there is no way to save it 😩

  Just water it thoroughly, and regularly, especially while it's so dry. Mulch afterwards too - bark is ideal, but even compost will do for now. That will help 
  It would also be better if you can keep a definite border there between it and the grass. Grass is just competition for moisture.
