  The first is Ivy-leaved toadflax / Cymbalaria muralis. I love it ... often seen on old walls. 
  

  
  

  The second is one of the speedwells, a common weed in the Veronica family. As children we called it ‘Bird’s Eye’ (nothing to do with fishfingers or captains 😉)
