Hello everyone!

Does anyone know of any free garden design online tools?

It's a question which has been asked many times over the years (not a criticism of you asking again) but I don't remember anybody coming up with anything great.

IMHO if it's any good, why would it be given away for free, and if it's being given away for free , is it any good?

Because not everyone values in monetary terms. Have faith try it and see. Sketchup is free and quite good and, if the capitalist in you needs a reason why its free its because they want to tempt you to the paid version.

    but

Take open office for example its free and as good as Microsoft office but no plan to hit you with a paid version and, has been free for at least 10 years that I can recall.

Free is sometimes just that and as good as any paid version.

As someone who earned his living as a garden designer, I have no need for online help, paid for or otherwise.
You seem very quick to judge folk in terms of moneterism and capitalism. I can assure you , neither holds any attraction to me.
