Mixing veg with flowers

I’ve got a bed which is approx 10mx6m. I’ve been digging it over for about 4 years to get of the weeds and I’m winning. I’ve got some carrots, 
tomatoes and beans to plant out and want to use this bed but also want to complement the bed by it by planting similar plants as well (see photo for the other bed for an idea). How do I plan this bed so we have access to the veg? Would also like to include somewhere small to sit - two chairs will suffice. Thanks
