Schizostylis I think, now called Hesperanthus. Comes from South Africa, prefers moist soil. Lovely plant.

Thank you. Yes I did have some kaffir lilies there, though I've only had them for one winter and I'd thought they'd finished flowering and I've already forgotten what they looked like!

They normally flower in the Autumn, but I have also had them flowering out of season.
