Raspberries not fruiting

I have inherited a small raspberry bed as shown in the photo. The stalks were originally planted about two years ago and were left mostly unattended since. The area was, until today, overrun with grass and nettles which I've now cleared. However I'm wondering whether the stalks will bear fruit at all in their current state and whether there is anything I can do to improve matters. Any advice much welcome. Thanks!

Those look like currant bushes to me.

Well... I'm afraid those aren't raspberries... maybe black currants, and doing pretty well by the look of things.  :)   The flowers have set fruit so all you have to do is make sure they don't run out of water.

However, that might be a raspberry cane or two at the far end of the bed.  I'd watch and wait, and see if flowers appear... you could post a photo taken closer up, so we could see what state they're in.

Oh! Interesting ... seems like a mis-communication somewhere from the lady who planted the stalks. In any case, currants would be very welcome although I haven't seen any in the last two years. However here is a close up of the stalk at the right end of the first photo.

Yes, that's a raspberry and in flower, so you will get some fruit in a few weeks.  I also zoomed-in on the photo's of the currant bushes and agree @Liriodendron that those are carrying young fruit.
All you have to do now is water and wait! :)

Water, wait and try and beat the blackbirds to your berries :)
