10 year old sunburst cherry tree not fruitng

hello everyone im hoping to get some info on what to do to my cherry tree its about 10 years old the problem is it has lots of blossoms and 95% of the flowers become small cherries but instead of the cherries getting larger 85% of them fall off tree before growing to full size, i dont think its got pollination problem as this tree was not meant to need partner tree and plenty of cherries get made but dont grow fully can someone help me please,i wanted to say ive pruned tree 4 times since planting, the tree seem to have this goldy brown liquid leaking (i think its canker or just injury wound)from some wounds at trunk where some branches broke off a few years ago and the trunk seems to be more of a darker brown colour and the bark on trunk has some splitting over winter, can someone please help me as i dont know what to also there are quite a few pill bugs nearby do these effect tree?does this canker disease stop tree from growing cherries?thanks

The tree looks healthy, leaves nice and green, cherries have formed well so if they drop after this stage I would say most likely due to a lack of water. The grass around the tree looks very dry, I would say you need to water it lots.

The trunk looks fine, not sure why there are paint blotches about but nothing wrong with it.

thanks for reply the cherries have now started to not grow any further(apart from about 2-3 cherries in a bunch of every 20 cherries) and starting to discolour and fall off,i will post closeup pictures of trunk where there are injuries tomorrow i think this is problem but not sure the colour of bark on trunk is not same colour as it used to be few years ago but maybe its because it more mature now but theres bark splitting in some places, the grass is in a shaded area behind a hedge it drys up behind hedge but the rest is green and the white on bottom of trunk is ant killer i just put it on 2 days ago its not been used before,i dont water tree anymore i used to water it in previous years but it was not growing cherries so decided to leave this time incase im over watering how much watering is needed how often?,it seems to grow about 18+ inches every year, what fertiliser should i use?thanks

ive put more pictures of trunk and cherries i just want to know does this tree need taking down (as i think it may have canker or its just recovering from injury from broken branches im not sure i need bit of expert advice) and replacing as its not doing what i put it up for,i really like this tree it grows really nice large cherries but not enough of them and nice shape to tree, its taken so long to get this big it would be a shame to loose it,ive been reading about canker on the trunk and think this tree has canker if it doesnt i will live with it, what would be best way to treat these wounds peel back bark to clean wood and paint anti-bacterial paint?can i peel back the whole trunks bark off?thanks

Ours was taken by the frosts in April and then no rain.
We then had the pigeons taking out the leaves so the tree was and still is suffering.
Ours doesn't look as good as yours.
We don't fertilise as it is in a small orchard with many other fruit trees and they really have to fend for themselves.

thanks bertrand-mabel this year my tree has about hundred cherries on it its getting quite frustrating as its a big tree tall as telephone cables and looks healthy just not producing enough ive spoken to some soil testing people they said it needs partner not soil testing which i think wont help and i have no more space for tree its meant to be self fertilising if it needed partner tree i dont think cherries would start to form in the first place then fall off because tree blooms a lot and has cherries at a good amount but then fall off, im just going to fertilise next year and see what happens
