Plant or Weed

Found this in garden, thought it look like a weed but put it in pot to see, and it looks good, but what is it???? thanks for any help.

    It's either a lily or a very mature purple toadflax. I'd go for toadflax.

    Looks like you could be right with toadflax, think I will leave it in pot to see what happens, it says that they flower mauve or yellow in June onward.

    Worth keeping. You should find plenty of self seeders about the place. Easy to pull out if you don't want them.
