Yellow flower Id please

Could somebody Id this beautiful yellow flower please. I would like grow more of them on borders. It flowers every year therefore it is perennial and I guess it's not Alyssum as it is annual.

1. Do cuttings work to do grow more?
2. Are there any similar (short bush type suitable for borders) that produce different colours?
