Planting from plugs

This morning I've finally received some Beetroot plugs that I ordered in March.

This maybe a really stupid question, but how do I deal with these? Do I just push them somehow from the bottom or do they get planted in their separate plastic plugs?

Would remove and pot up individually or plant out if it's OK to do that with beetroot as veg growing isn't my thing

Hold them by the first leaves. The lower ones. Don't hold them by the stem. Give them a watering first to loosen the compost a bit

Hi  i have had various plugs like these and find if you use an old fork push through side and push upwards come out easily. Repot and dont put out yet too small leave for at least two weeks.  Good luck.
