grenadier blossom apple tree

I brought this apple tree and planted it against my wall here but thinking now, have I planted it to close to the wall?  Also there's a bedroom window from my neighbours above will it block her light? Thanks

    The window is not the one in the picture, that's my kitchen window, hers is hight up top of the house.
