what is it?

I thought this might be a foxglove, because of veins in leaves going to tip - but now see it must be something else, but what?
should I keep it?

    thanks, I'll leave it there and watch with interest! - if so, I'll be glad I left it; I live somewhere where I feel a bit 'overlooked' and potentially criticised for leaving the 'wrong' plants in.

    If it's your garden - it's no one's business but yours what you grow.  :)

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    thanks, folks - it isn't technically my garden - I live in a flat, and it's a bed I've tended (in a community area which was not looked after at all for many a long year) - since c 2000 - in 2014 I came back from a trip away to find the owner (not the resident) (thankfully no longer the owner) of the flat next door had cleared it.  Long story.  I love having herbs to pick like mint and bay and sage as well as roses and so on.  And I want/need to be organic and roundup free etc.
