My dwarf fruit tree has Orange patches and fluffy growth on leaves

Hi all,
I am a complete novice at gardening so any help would be a god send. I was give a fruit tree (do not know what type, forgot to keep the tag) by my mother last year to celebrate finally getting a flat. It grew well last year and finally flowered this spring. However, it has suddenly developed yellowish/orange patches and looking more carefully today, i noticed that there were fluffy white patches on the underside of the majority of the leaves. I am not sure how to proceed here. I have attached a picture to help
