Un happy cordyline
Hello, can anyone help me with my cordyline. I have notice yellow patches appearing near the stem if the leaves that grew last year and the leaves staring to curl and look a little pale. I repotted it about 1 month ago into a deeper pot with more drainage and when I have a had a little dig the trunk feels solid and and the roots about 6 inches down are not mushy. The souls feels damp but not sodden too. Could this be a fungal problem in the soil and how do I get rid of it? I can't see any signs of rot on the trunk or roots and don't want to tip it out to look any deeper unless I have too. I live in quite an exposed spot so I have lost previous plants to wind burn so I am also wondering if this has caused the yellowing on the tips too and the curling? I can't see any infestation apart from a few spider webs I between the lower leaves and trunk either.
Any advice would be muchly appreciated as I do not want to over water it if it is fungal or underwater it if it nutrient deficient. Thanks for the help

You have done the right checks as far as l can think of, maybe someone else can help🤞
