miracle gro soluble lawn food and feeder

good morning, hope all keeping well. I started using the lawnsmith organic lawn food granules  this year. I couldn't find whether it was ok to walk on the lawn but having a rumbustious 4 year old it was impossible to keep off it and there are patches where the grass has died which I suspect is a fertiliser burn.

I've got some miracle gro soluble lawn food, will it be ok to walk on the lawn after application?

    As it's soluble you should be ok walking on the grass soon as it has dried.

    When using the granules and you walk on the lawn, the grass gets crushed into the concentrated granules and gets chemical burn especially if it's a sunny day.

    I think you need to wait something like 6 weeks after using the granules before using a weed/feed again, but you can use the soluble fert more regularly if you need to.
