Has anyone used a Netta scarifier?

Hi All,
I've been looking for a scarifier that could do both and I've stumbled across this.

I'm just wondering if anyone could recommend it or something similar around the same price range.
Our garden is roughly 150m2, is full of moss/thatch, dandelions galore and patches ! I've ordered 10kg of grass seed from the grass people to overseed and seed in the patches I've dug up (thistles)
