What to Plant
What to Plant in this area? I want to fill. It out with different colours throughout the year and evergreens. What can I use? I dug it all up and found a lot of stones under the soil which you can see in the picture. I have planted a blossom tree the Burgendy one. I have also planted some lobelia to give some colour for now. The other tress were there already.

It really depends on how you want it to look.
I'd suggest some shrubs to get a basic framework and give height - you have planted a flowering cherry, so that's a start, remember to leave space around that as it will get quite big.
There are lots of climbers you could use to cover the fence - depending on which aspect it faces.
I usually go to the Crocus site as they have a huge selection - you don't have to buy from them, but you can use the filters they provide to narrow down the choices.
Have a look here and use the filters on the left of the page to narrow your choice.

Unless they are made of concrete (hard to tell from your photo), those rocks are crying out to be used. Some people find rockeries a bit naff, but done carefully, they can look great, and you've saved a lot of money from not having to pay for them.
