Advice on best option with this patio - help!

Hi everyone sorry it’s my first post. I’m getting my lawn turfed on the 19th May - I have this horrible patio area that I need to sort 😩 the house is rented so I don’t want to do be doing anything to expensive as they won’t do anything towards the cost so am paying myself. Whoever was here previous, it looks like they’ve had some sort of concrete base at the top as it slopes up and is all broken now.

If the slabs and concrete lift easily you could then relay them.
Or just lift the broken ones and fill the spaces up with cement and push pebbles or shells to make patterns.
