Powdery mildew, Euphorbia??

I’ve just noticed that a euphorbia in the garden isn’t looking too happy. Is this powdery mildew and if so how do I treat it?!

    Just give it a really good overhead watering when it's cloudy, or - after the sun goes down, or before it comes up.
    It's just the very dry weather that's caused it. It'll come back  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
