Thompson morgan

I ordered plants from Thompson Morgan , usually go to the garden centre but needs must in these times. Received 2 Clematis Little Lemon. One is fine but the other much smaller and does not look that healthy. Thompson Morgan are not taking phone calls and the email on their site will not receive messages. Does anybody have another email for them ? Also any tips for trying to get the poorly one to survive . I dont know which i want to reopen first Pubs , Hairdressers or Garden Centres .

    Social media.
That seems to be the best route for companies who aren't 'playing ball'

A licensed garden centre with a hairdressing outlet is the answer.
As for the poorly clem, TLC and a seaweed feed is my way of cossetting an ailing plant

Just keep trying to email them. I had an issue with some TM plugs a few years back - think they had been delayed in the post and were half dead - and they replaced instantly, no quibble.

I'd be very careful about what you do with the clematis [ I didn't realise that's what they are] as it'll be the equivalent of a cutting. Pot it into something only slightly bigger, and keep it sheltered, and watered.
If it's looking half dead, please don't feed it.
