This is a Star of India. It was a few inches high when I got it in lidl a few months ago .I've repotted it. Should I keep it in the pot for this year or plant it out?
It should be fine where you are @B3. It's only advisable to wait if your ground's waterlogged or frozen - otherwise, anything hardy, that size, in a pot can be planted at any time of year.
Here, I'd have potted that into a slightly smaller pot, and waited till later in the year.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
She's in the ground. (How come some plants seem to be male or female? I'm not talking botanically) Grubbing about in the back of the border trying not to trample stuff is not something I want to do again for a while😕

The white asparagus we got in at the shop is definitely male (if you know what I mean ) I'd've left it a while before planting but only because at that size it's considered fair game by the slugs in our garden!
B3 Hi I have that Clematis in my garden brought from Morrison’s last spring and it’s romping away up a Varigated Weigela Florida Very healthy plant now based on it been very small size on purchase
