Rowen tree with possible fireblight

I have a Rowan tree, about 2 years old.  Some of the leaves have white milky coloured bumps on them.  One of the leaves now looks like it has been scorched in a fire.  A friend has suggested this could be fire blight.  Please can anyone confirm this and advise if there is a cure?.  If it is fire blight and there is no cure, can I plant a different tree in the same space?.  I am new to gardening so any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you. Tim

Rowans get all sorts of little bumps and blemishes, but they rarely cause a problem unless the tree is in trouble to start with.
That doesn't sound like fireblight though, unless you have lots of burnt looking foliage.
If you can post a pic, that will help. The icon that looks like a mountain is the one for uploading photos.

It isn't wise to plant anything from the same family there, if it does have to come out.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Agree with @Fairygirl and the white spots are probably a this leaf gall:
They galls are no problem for the tree and there are no treatments available (or necessary.)
Unless the tips of the branches are dying back, the odd coloured leaf is nothing to worry about and won't be fire blight which looks lke this:

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
