Can anyone identify this plant?

My daughter saw this lovely little flower on a grass verge today, it has little red berries and a lovely scent.

    My guess is it looks like a type of campanula, but l'm sure one of the experts on here can identify it. Whatever it is, it's very pretty.

    It might be Allium Roseum, Rosy Garlic.
