Hi. You may have seen my Previous posts about my Victoria Plum tree not producing Plums.
Well in the end I ordered a Patio Plum last spring and yes it had a beautiful Plum on it in the first year. We are now into its second year. It has 3 Main stems with small shoots coming off all of the way up.
Should I stop these growing to help produce fruit or leave them alone to do their own thing.
When should I prune it ??
What wood do plums grow on the old wood or the new wood.
Your advice will be much appreciated.
I feed it every 2 weeks with a Seaweed / Tomato Plant mix.
