Hi, can anyone tell me what this tree is and why the leaves on certain branches change colour?

I don't see no colour changes on the leaves.

A close-up pic of a couple of leaves would help with ID.

It has these branches coming off it with just green leaves on it

Could be an acer (maple)
Variegated trees or shrubs do throw out plain green shoots. You usually prune them out but not so easy with a tree.

Acer...Possibly Acer platanus Drummondii.

Please remove all green branches...reverted asap.
They will grow faster than the variegated leaves and eventually tree will be all green.
