Any clues?

This one is in a weird spot (right in the corner of a gravelled area alongside a thick hedge).  Has sturdy bamboo like stems and had bright yellow flowers very briefly (you can see they have died away)

    Looks like it has the dreaded Kerria fungal blight, so it will probably die.
