Yellow Rhubarb Leaves

Can anyone shed any light on what might be happening with my rhubarb? I’ve had it a few weeks and unfortunately my planter hasn’t arrived yet, I can’t put it in the ground. I do have some large plastic storage containers I could put some holes in for drainage for the short term, would this help?
