I have spotted another few mystery seedlings that I was wondering if anyone might be able to identify (or at the very least, rule out from being anything especially nasty).
We actually have an Elder in the garden (albeit one of the cultivated 'black' varieties), very pretty flowers. Maybe if we had a much larger garden a wild one would be nice, but oh well.
Do you think these others are likely the same? 3: 4:
I would say so, yes. If you see any darkly coloured ones they might be worth potting up to see what you get but I think it's highly unlikely any will be 'garden worthy'.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
