Has anyone any experience of Cotinus Lilla - it's a dwarf variety. Has been in my garden for around 6 years and has never progressed to more than a couple of sticks with a few leaves on them. Has never flowered and has never grown any bigger. I've now put it in a pot as it doesn't warrant it's space in my small garden!! Thanks in advance.
