Need help to identify

I got given this plant 3 years ago as a cutting. I got told its jasmine but it's never flowered! Am I doing something wrong?

    Looks like Lonicera sp..a climbing Honeysuckle.
    Need to see flowers to know which one.

    It looks like you're cutting it back every year n which case you're removing the stems that would flower.  The usual time to prune jasmine is after flowering and then only to remove the oldest stems and keep it in bounds.   The same would apply to honeysuckle.

    Is in the ground or in a container?  Climbers don't perform at their best in containers.
