Red grape vine leaves turning red. On new leaves

Hi all. First post so please be gentle 
just looking at my red grape vine. Not sure what variety as I found it growing when I got plot 12 years ago. Anyway the leaves are just opening along the vine and I can see slightly raised bumps that are turning red on the new leaves. Any ideas please? Thanks in advance. 0
