Houseplant ID Please

I got this small plant from Dobbies labelled 'foliage mix' and I can't work out what the plant is. It has pale petioles and 3 lobed leaflets, it looks like a type of tree. Can anyone enlighten me?

Leaves very very variable.
It is nothing nothing like Schefflera elegantissima!
Your leaves are round in outline...more like below.
While Schefflera elegantissima...is like the a star fish...a central point with several arms coming from the middle...in a very pointed zig zag!
