Fox Urine Smell

Hello,
I am assuming a fox or cat has urinated in my garden and with this lovely sunshine, the smell is awful. It is getting stronger and stronger everyday. It is is my ivy I think! Is there anything I can do to clean it? I have tried washing it with hose but no good! Thank you!

they are wonderful but they do have a musky foxy smell
