Bishop Children dahlias from your seed offer last year

After a good show of blooms last year and overwintering in the pots,  I have now healthy-looking tubers but they don't appear to be shooting. Any advice please?

    If you have a heated mat or propagator I would sit them on that as I find they enjoy some heat to get going. Another way would be to take the tubers out of the pots and lay them on a bed of damp compost barely covered but again with some bottom heat if possible. If they are healthy they will probably shoot in their own good time anyway.
