Larkspur seedlings?
Hello, I think my larkspurs have failed to germinate, and these are weeds. But as they have only come up where I sowed the larkspurs, I thought I would check with the experts before outing them. 
Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.
