Holly tree with berries in late April

I have a holly tree which still (in late April) has a number of berries on the lower branches. At the same time, new flowers are just starting to emerge. This seems very unusual. Is there something wrong with the tree?

I shouldn't think so, especially if it seems healthy in other respects.  Lots of plants get confused when weather patterns defy the calendar.  My fuchsias don't usually flower until the height of summer, but they've been flowering for weeks.

It’s probably due to the mild (temperature wise) winter meaning less got eaten and/or damaged by frosts. Our holly often has a few left on here and there.
