Can someone please name this plant

    Some sort of daffodil/narcissus, there are a great many varieties in cultivation.

    There are thousands and many of them have quite infinitesimal differences ... it has some similarity to N. Baby Moon, but the trumpet looks more splayed than mine ... Baby Moon is also multi headed and I can’t see from your photo whether yours is. 

    N. Baby Moon is a ‘jonquil type’ with very narrow leaves.

    Looked at baby moon, this one has single bloom with flatter fimbriated centre
