Help - over or under watering?

I have an office plant, and since lockdown started it has slowly drooped until the leaves are now hitting the cabinet surface, I suspect I may have over watered it - is there anything I can do to save it?  It's been here for years.  Any advice most welcome.

    It looks like a peace lilly, although I wouldnt swear to it, have you removed it from the pot, check if there is a lot of water underneath the plant, is the actual plant in a separate pot inside the one we can see.  Has it ever been fed. Obviously, it doesnt look happy, but the leaves havent gone yellow.Has it been subjected to big changes in temp? you could try cutting it hard back, see if you get any new growth, I hate wasting plants, and will do anything, apart from direct CPR just in case they are poisonous!!

    Looks like under watering to me look and  see how dry your soil is in the pot.
