ID - privet?

Hi, I thought this was a golden privet, but now I am not sure. It doesn't have waxy leaves - just leaves like a regular privet. It doesn't look anything like the pics online.

Your thoughts. Thanks

Yes Golden Privet, leaves can vary on the same plant.
