Identification young plants help

Hi,
Could anyone help me to identify these young plants/seedlings?

I was given them at a local open garden as a random selection of seeds. Thought I’d sow them and see what I got but struggling with 3 of them.

One looks like it could be hollyhock or maybe foxglove, or honesty??

The others a little like wallflowers or forget me knots or lambs ear?

Tricky! I’m fairly new to gardening......

I thought the second one looked like mostly snapdragons (with some honesty at the back).
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
