Is it too late to lift and move?  We have created a new grass border and this would be the centrepiece.  The current clump is almost 2 feet high, but no sign of any flower stalks yet.

    I divided my 4 plants into 8 at the end of March 2 years ago, they are all doing fine and it's only mid-April now, so I guess you'd be ok, just keep on top of the watering

    Thanks Pete.8   We really didn’t want to wait until the Autumn before moving them.  I’ll water well before and after planting
