Does anyone know what kind of tree this is please? The leaves come in spring in a purple colours, before turning green in the summer, and orange in the autumn, and completely falling in the winter. Thanks in advance!

Tree may be Prunus cerasifera nigra. ..common name Cherry plum.
I would have expected to see blossom on it before the leaves open.
